Welcome to Rise Gym, where your fitness journey may begin or continue forward, myself and our community is here to encourage and inspire you every step of the way! Whether you’re an intense athlete, or just want to feel your best, I have experience training all ages to set and reach their wellness goals. My mission is to provide an uplifting, healthy training space equipped to train anyone regardless of age, body type, or fitness experience!

Get to Know Coach! - Personal Trainer, ATA Martial Arts Instructor & 2nd Degree Black Belt, Anderson University Baseball Alumni.

My Fitness Journey began early on in life in athletics. I participated in Taekwondo, Baseball, and Basketball throughout my childhood and knew from an early age that an active lifestyle was my passion. After earning my 1st Degree Black Belt at age 12, I decided to stick with Baseball going into high school, with aspirations to play in college. I was a starting pitcher at Mt. Vernon high school and threw significant innings for the Marauders for 4 years. Senior year I was named to the HHC All-Conference Team. I continued my baseball career at Anderson University and graduated with my Batchlor’s Degree in Business Management in 2021.

My sophomore year, I was forced to medically redshirt due to a torn UCL in my throwing elbow. Thanks to a great support system around me, I was able to fully recover (After surgery and months of rehab) and continue my baseball career! Even though this was mentally and physically one of most challenging times in my life, it ultimately taught me the importance of perseverance and discipline, fueling my passion for fitness and shaping my commitment to helping others achieve their goals!

My years of college baseball and training in taekwondo have given me a deep understanding of athletic performance and what it takes to build strength, burn fat, and gain mobility. I believe the gym is for everyone! Choosing exercises that are fun and effective is key to sticking with a great routine!
